This is our Nova Spy picked this fall. We have kept in our refrigerated cold room since harvest (October 2020).
Nova Spy is a large apple with a round blocky shape. It is crisp, has coarse flesh and a tangy flavor. Lots of sugar and juice, good for fresh eating, cooking, and cider. Mix this variety into any pie recipie.

We usually start picking Nova Spy the last week of September until mid-October.
During harvest season, we are very busy keeping up with local orders. We do pick some Nova Spy for storage in our refrigerated cooler. We have a limited supply of this variety, so please contact us in September and October to reserve this variety for Thanksgiving pie. We do not ship this variety.
