This dry rosé wine was crafted using the vin gris method.  First, we harvested our Noiret black grapes late in the season.  Next, we crushed the grapes directly into the grape press, and squeezed the juice from the grapes immediately.  Having no skin contact time, the result is a lightly colored wine from a grape which typically makes a black wine.  Notes of fresh strawberries, cotton candy and tropical fruit.  The 2021 vintage was awarded Double-Gold, Best-of-Class, at the 2022 International Women's Wine Competition.  The 2023 vintage is not rated yet.
